By accessing or using the Scribia platform (located at scribia.live, hereinafter referred to as the "Service", "Scribia", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the Service.

Scribia is an AI-powered productivity workspace that provides the following core tools:

When using the Service, you agree that:

• ✓You are responsible for having the legal right, permissions, or license to process any materials (such as video URLs, audio uploads, or source code) you submit to the Service.
• ✓You will not submit copyright-infringing materials, malware, malicious code, or use the Service to generate prohibited, unlawful, or offensive content.
• ✓You own the copyright to the summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and converted code outputs generated for you by the Service. However, you grant Scribia a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your input materials to fulfill your requests (such as sharing with AI model endpoints).

Scribia utilizes advanced third-party large language models (LLMs) to perform summaries, code conversions, and content generations. You acknowledge and agree that:

• !AI-generated content is provided for informational and productivity purposes and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or "hallucinations."
• !Scribia does not guarantee that converted source code will compile, execute, or be free of bugs or security vulnerabilities. You are responsible for inspecting and testing all generated code outputs before production deployment.
• !We do not warrant the absolute accuracy of automatically generated video transcriptions, quizzes, or flashcards.

To access private features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• ✓Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• ✓Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including passwords and gesture security patterns.
• ✓Understand that gesture-based two-factor authentication requires you to remember your gesture password. If you lose access, you must use our recovery modules (like answering registration security questions).

Scribia is free to start. To unlock additional processing limits, bulk upload features, and priority queuing, you may subscribe to our Premium tiers:

• ✓All payments are securely processed by our third-party merchant processor (Stripe). We do not store or inspect raw credit card numbers.
• ✓Subscription renewals are billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled.
• ✓You may cancel your premium subscription at any time within your profile dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your current paid billing period. No prorated refunds are issued.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and deny access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in excessive API rate-abuse, or used the Service for malicious activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Scribia, its founders, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including without limitation loss of profits, data corruption, system downtime, business interruption, or security incidents—resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
